Description of problem:

When nautilus controls the desktop, running "nautilus" does not open another window. Therefore the "Files link" in favourites does nothing. "nautilus ." would do instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into GNOME Classic
2. Click "Files"
3. See nothing happen

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing nautilus-3.14.1-1.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
