Description David H. Gutteridge 2014-09-29 11:36:59 UTC
Description of problem:

When opening ODT documents, Abiword interprets soft page breaks as hard page breaks, which requires user effort to undo.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

3.0.0-5

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any ODT file with more than one page of content.

Actual results:

Hard page breaks are inserted on each page.

Expected results:

The document should flow as it does in other word processors.

Additional info:

This has been fixed upstream. It's a trivial patch. The 3.0 branch change set is here: http://www.abisource.com/viewvc/abiword/branches/ABI-3-0-0-STABLE/plugins/opendocument/imp/xp/ODi_TextContent_ListenerState.cpp?r1=33952&r2=34704
