Description Tim Speetjens 2014-09-30 10:29:23 UTC
Description of problem:
Opening the Console from Internet Explorer/Windows using the Browser Plugin, does not respect the Full Screen option, set in the Console Options. The console is always opened in full screen mode.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEVM-3.4.2
rhevm-spice-client-*-cab-3.5-2 and rhevm-spice-client-*-3.4-4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. For any VM, open Console Options in user portal, select "Browser Plugin" and uncheck "Full Screen"

2. Open the console

Actual results:
Console opens full screen

Expected results:
Console should open windowed

Additional info:
This behaviour is not observed when using the Native Client method.

Comment 1 Tim Speetjens 2014-09-30 10:43:58 UTC
This looks very similar to bz#1144449, but the client/viewer is running on windows.

Also, I don't see this behaviour on RHEL6 workstation, running:
spice-xpi-2.7-24.el6.x86_64
spice-client-0.8.2-15.el6.x86_64

Comment 2 Frantisek Kobzik 2014-10-09 08:26:18 UTC
I believe it's the same as bz#1144449. The code handling this function is same.
