Description of problem:
Using external task plugins and adding the jobs/steps to oVirt task, when we try to post a step to oVirt task, it’s not getting displayed in the order of sequence.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Post the main Job(main Task) to RHEV-M 
2.Using the Job ID add 4 to 6 steps(sub task) to oVirt
3.In the oVirt task UI, observe the time stamp and steps which are added to main job. 

Actual results:
Steps are not listed in sequential order. 

Expected results:
Should be listed in sequential order.

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
