Description of problem:

Warning messages displayed when removing/re installing pulp-selinux rpms

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Yum remove pup-selinux
2. Yum install pulp-selinux
3.

Actual results:

on rhel7

[root@cloud-qe-15 ~]# yum remove pulp-selinux
