The upstream patch to fix this issue is part of the rebased gvfs (Bug 1174716).

I haven't seen any problem like this when removing remote ftp location in nautilus. I've tried that with nautilus-3.14.3-5.el7.x86_64 gvfs-1.22.4-4.el7.x86_64, so I expect this bug is fixed with the gnome 3.14 rebase
