Describe the issue: 
When trying to rename project name (Right-click -> Refactor -> Rename) I see the following error. This seems to prevent me from renaming any file:
Unexpected internal error near index 1
It is reproduced on only Windows. and not occurs on Linux

JBDS 7.1.1.GA
Teiid Designer	8.3.3.Final-v20140613-1202-B88

Additional information: 
There is a jira ticket about this issue, and it had been already fixed. Since I want to include this fix for the future rollup patch, I opened this ticket
