Please rebase to upstream version 1.12.0.

This latest version of python-dns is necessary for proper DNSSEC and IDN support in FreeIPA 4.1.

Python-dns development is focused on bug fixing so the rebase should be safe.

Can I help you somehow? I would like to move this forward to allow FreeIPA to use latest & greatest features from python-dns.
