Description of problem:
when i tried to install reports on saparate server, allowing setup to sign certificate automatically using provided root password, it failed with error:
[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Environment customization': 'SFTPFile' object has no attribute '__exit__'

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install engine on first server
2. install dwh on second server
3. try installing reports on third sever, when asked how do you want to sign certificate, choose to provide root password for engine server

Actual results:
should install reports correctly

Expected results:
fails with error

Fails due to too old paramiko on el6.
