Description of problem:
Report error when boot backup version, but actually, boot backup version can succeed.

How reproducible:
100%

Test machine:
Dell R210

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEV-H old version.
2. Reboot, upgrade to latest version.
3. Reboot, enter grub and boot from backup version.

Actual results:
Report error when boot backup version, but actually, boot backup version can succeed.

Expected results:
Boot backup version can succeed without error.

This could be a blocker, because the fallback mode will be broken.

Test version:
rhev-hypervisor7-7.0-20141212.0.iso
ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.34.20141210git0c9c493.el7.noarch

Test steps:
1. Install RHEV-H old version.
2. Reboot, upgrade to latest version.
3. Reboot, enter grub and boot from backup version.

Test result:
Boot backup version can succeed without error.

So the bug is fixed with above build now, change bug status to VERIFIED.
