Description of problem:
There two disks "/dev/sda, /dev/sdb", enter boot_device_page and select "Other device" and
input "/dev/sda", then enter installation_device_page and select "Other device" and
input "/dev/sdb", Report keyerror(u'/dev/sda',) info in confirmation_page when using "Other device" for boot_device_page/installation_device_page.(seen confirmation-page.png)

No this issue if input "/dev/mapper/QEMU_HARDDIK_QM00001" into "Other device" of boot_device_page,
and input "/dev/mapper/QEMU_HARDDIK_QM00002" into "Other device" of installation_device_page.

ovirt-node-3.3.0-0.10.20150928gite7ee3f1.el7ev.noarch
Test steps:
1. Install RHEV-H to a machine which have two disk.
2. Enter boot_device_page and select "Other device" and
input "/dev/sda",
3. Enter installation_device_page and select "Other device" and input "/dev/sdb".
Test result:
No error occur, so the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
