+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1030206 +++

new logging framework in glusterfs[1] uses mmcount module[2] in rsyslog.  To enable this feature in RHS, we would like to have mmcount module into RHEL version of rsyslog.

Already fixed in el6. We should fix this to prevent a potential regression.
