Describe the issue: 
Steps are no longer valid with new UI.  

Suggestions for improvement: 
New steps:
1. Inventory-> navigate to resource
2. Monitoring tab -> Metrics subtab
3. Select Metric
4. Use "Add to Dashboard" at the bottom

"A chart for that specific metric on that specific resource is automatically added to the Dashboard that was selected." <Screenshot> should be the same.
