The very last string shown to the user in gnome-initial-setup is the only string not translated in the UI ("_Start using %s").
This is translated upstream, the attached patch adds that to the RHEL package (though this needs to be merged in translations.patch)

May you please update the "Fixed in Version" field with the version of the component on which the bug has been fixed.

As in comment 3 and my testing with nautilus-3.14.3-5.el7.x86_64, the string is translated as well as the others. Assuming this is fixed correctly
