[test case] when change the options of 'Select Plan' in clone case to plan page, the status of 'Create a Copy ' will change also.

as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.11-2 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a plan detail page, then click case-clone link to enter clone case to plan page.

2.set 'Create a Copy' as checked status.
3.change the option of 'Select Plan' as 'Use the same Plan'
4.Inspect the status of 'Create a Copy'.

Actual results:
the status of 'Create a Copy' is unchecked.

Expected results:
the status of 'Create a Copy' is checked.

when click 'Filter another plan', the status of 'Create a Copy' will change to checked in the clone case to plan page.

Hi,

The check for 'Create a Copy' will be removed if i clicked 'Use the same Plan' after i choose to 'Create a Copy'.

And the check box is so small and user may not be aware of that this 'Create a Copy' is unchecked. then it may ends up editing the original test case, rather than the 'copied' new case, if the user doesn't pay attention to the case id after cloning.

Is that possible to remove this auto 'uncheck' after 'Use the same Plan' is selected ? that would be very helpful.
