Description Jonathan Earl Brassow 2014-10-15 02:08:55 UTC
Users can specify a chunk size for thin-pools. This is the size allocated whenever new space is needed by a thin-LV. The kernel module now allows unique chunk sizes for thinLVs as long as they are a multiple of the thin-pool's chunk size.

This feature should be supported by LVM.

Comment 5 Mike Snitzer 2015-04-23 18:18:47 UTC
Moving out to 7.3 since kernel work (bug#1189206) was.

Comment 7 Zdenek Kabelac 2020-11-18 16:40:12 UTC
Likely not going to materialize for existing version of thin-pool.
We will see with version 2.0.
