Description of problem:
Creation of a new app based on the Aerogear cartridge generates a blank we response when accessing.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Aerogear Push server 1.0.1

How reproducible:
Allways

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new app in OpenShift based on Aerogear cartridge
2. After application is created, access it through the URL
3. Web page goes blank, no web interface. Looking at Chrome developer tools there is a 404 file not found for /auth/js/keycloak.js
