Description of problem:
The periodic-size-rotating-file-handler needs to be added to the list of handlers that allow files to be used in the read-log-file and list-log-file operations created for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/EAP6-254.

This will be made irrelevant by an up and coming change with moving log files to dynamic resources. See https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/pull/282 and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WFCORE-197 for details.
