Please retry with a newer version. Beta TC3 has anaconda-21.48.9-1 for example. Or use the nightly boot.iso which should have the most current build.

If those still fail, please try to describe the steps you took to cause the crash, including pre-existing disk layout, etc. The output from:

parted -l
lsblk

can be helpful as well.
