Description of problem:
The app will get 404 or 503 page if it is located on ex-std-node1.int.rhcloud.com

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create an app on ex-std-node1.int.rhcloud.com
2. Access home page of the app

Actual results:
Get 503 or 404 page

Expected results:
The app should work well when it is located on ex-std-node1.int.rhcloud.com
