Screenshot demonstrating hard-to-tell space indentification

Within the editor, it can be hard to tell when a space exists between two characters, and if more than one space exists.

Ideas that might assist in seeing this fixed:
- deeper colour underlining for space identification (currently only dull grey)
- small gap between underlines when there is more than one space in a row
- larger white space gap between any character and a space character

Screenshot attached.

Thanks Isaac.

Actually, can I just add that in the previous version (3.4) it looked fine, spaces were clearly visible. With the upgrade to the current version (3.5) the spaces became almost invisible.
So maybe more a regression than a RFE.
