Description of problem:
This is a tracker bug to track the User Serviceable Snapshot feature .

Brief Description:
User serviceable snapshots are a quick and easy way to access data stored in earlier snapshotted volumes.The key point here is that USS allows the end user to access his/her older data without any admin intervention.

This is a feature tracker BZ.  Moving this to next update so that the same can be used as umbrella BZ for all feature enhancements.
