I don't think so. 2013.11 works for me on Fedora >= 21 (apart from rebuild for gfortran-5.0.0 on Rawhide is needed).

I'm working on EPEL7 build now. Once that's done, I'll follow up with EL6.

Oh, I've just realized I needed the autotools SCL for EPEL6 and the autoconf268
package I did recently may not be good enough.
I'll have another look when I have a chance, if I'm not beaten to it.
