Clicking the twitter link on http://gluster.org/community/ leads to invalid twitter account

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to http://gluster.org/community/
2.Click on the @gluster under twitter


Actual results:
Goes to a twitter "Page doesn't exist", looking for glusterorg

Expected results:
Should go to https://twitter.com/gluster

The fix is pushed to the git repo for merge then going live.
