can't expand the case change details in the reviewing cases tab

Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.12 on devel sevrer.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a test plan and choose "reviewing cases "tab.
2.expand a test case and click "Change Log" close to the comment.


Actual results:
there is type error when clicking "change log" and can't expand the details.

Expected results:
it should can expand the case change details like the product env.

this bug has been fixed by the patch https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/#/c/35322/

verify on devel server with nitrate 3.8.12: pass

verify steps are the same as the description.
