Description of problem:
svn fails to start

1.8.10-1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to run svn with libserf 1.2.1
2.
3.

Actual results:
svn: E200019: ra_serf was compiled for serf 1.3.4 but loaded an incompatible 1.2.1 library 


Expected results:
Type 'svn help' for usage.
