Description of problem:

Can't install ovirt-engine from oVirt 3.5 on Centos 7

"No package ovirt-engine available" via yum

I can't see the ovirt-engine package listed at all at http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.5/rpm/el7/noarch/

Also see quite some other packages not listed there which do seem to be available in the el6 branch.

ovirt 3.5 supports .el7 hosts, but not engine.
engine support is not planned for 3.5.
you can run a .el6 engine virtual appliance (available in 3.5) on a .el7 host (directly or via hosted engine)
