Description of problem:
rhnpush rpm should require spacewalk-backend-libs.
It imports from spacewalk.common that is contained in spacewalk-backend-libs.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run rhnpush on client (not on SAT or Proxy machine where spacewalk-backend-libs are always installed)
# rhnpush
Unable to load module rhnpush
No module named spacewalk.common.rhn_pkg


Actual results:
rhnpush rpm doesn't require spacewalk-backend-libs 
# rpm -qR rhnpush

With the release of Red Hat Satellite 5.7 on January 12th 2015 this bug is
being moved to a Closed Current Release state.
