How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register and auto-attach against SAM.
2. Open subscription-manager-gui -> System -> Configure Proxy
3. Check "I would like to connect via an HTTP proxy", and enter an invalid proxy in "Proxy Location", please see attachment "configure invalid proxy in sm-gui.png"
4. Close subscription-manager-gui, and reopen it in CLI.

Actual results:
It needs at least 5 minutes to see the sm-gui launched.

Expected results:
It's better to display gui in 1 minute, or give a notice like: "trying to launch subscription-manager-gui, please wait".
