In a Windows environment, when you rename the source model file using JBDS, it breaks the view model which is trying to use the renamed source model. This behaviour persists in JBoss Data Virtualization 6.1.

Environment:
- JBDS 7.1.1 
- JBDSIS 7.0.3 
- Windows 7

How to Reproduce:
1. Create a source model and save it
2. Create a view model based on a source model and save it
3. Close both of models
4. Refactor -> Rename the source model
5. Open the view model

Actual Result:
White screen is displayed in the view model window.

Expected Behavior:
User can open the view model as usual.

Additional Notes:
It works ok with teiid designer on Fedora.

Barry TODO: verify with 8.6.x kit that this issue was fixed as part of the refactor framework upgrade in recent community release.
