To avoid this problem I had to pull in el7 packages and install contrack-tools.

Status: revert patch posted to d/s gerrit, CI job was dropped by someone (gosh...), it will be restored ASAP. People are currently reviewing the patch, and once we get CI approval and +2 reviews, I'll push && build the new packages.

AIO on RHEL7 
Dissociation of Floating IP via Dashboard and CLI works as expected with no errors in the logs.
