This is a docs bug to add some things to the reporting area [0].

- A link to the bugzilla page
- A feature versus a defect
- A section on putting [RFE] at the front for a feature request
- Some hints on including log messages on the server, not just the client
- Removing the day that triage happens

We should hold off on working on this bug until the final decision on whether or not we will continue with bugzilla has been made.
