libparted crashes resizing fat16 file system.

This is fixed upstream in the parted git repository by these commits:

First patch fixes the bug and is the minimum that is needed.  Second and
third patch update the parted unit tests to prevent future regressions.

Package parted-3.2-4.fc21:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing parted-3.2-4.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
