Description of problem:

Horizon is not allowing to associate floating ip
"No ports available"
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Juno 1 releas

How reproducible:

everytime tried to recreate everything but still VM ports not visible.

Same process working with command line
# neutron floatingip-associate 5ed229bb-e13f-4b61-901e-96558fdcef0c 11c1f01d-91b4-4ac0-af96-f2c943fbeb85

If the bug is still there, please report an upstream bug. RDO only packages what is released by upstream.

it was fixed upstream https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1187992
