Doc Text:
Previously, the America/New_York timezone mapping ignored the Daylight Savings Time and caused the guest time for virtual machines with this timezone to have incorrect time on certain dates. With this update, the America/New_York is now mapped having the Daylight Savings Time information taken into account and virtual machines display the correct time.

Comment 3 Martin Betak 2014-11-24 12:40:33 UTC
Cause: The America/New_York time zone mapping ignored the Daylight Savings Time.
Consequence: The guest time for VMs with this timezone had incorrect time on certain dates.
Fix: America/New_York is now mapped with DST info taken into account.
Result: VMs with America/New_York timezone will have correct guest time (not shifted by one hour).
