Description of problem:
Systemd 217 adds:
Swap units can use Discard= to specify discard options.
Discard options specified for swaps in /etc/fstab are now
respected.

Please consider backporting this feature for SSD backed servers.

This should be now fixed with the rebase.

This was implemented with commit 86b23b07c96b185126bfbf217227dad362a20c25.
