Description of problem:
Stacked Git (stgit) is packaged for Fedora and RHEL 6 (EPEL), but not in RHEL 7.
"yum install stgit" fails on RHEL 7 systems, and stgit does not appear in EPEL 7.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo yum install stgit

Actual results:
[root@gateway ~]# yum install stgit
Loaded plugins: langpacks
No package stgit available.
Error: Nothing to do
[root@gateway ~]#

Expected results:
stgit is found and installed.
