Description of problem:

Need to disable SSLv3 for foreman-proxy. Currently tracking upstream with following foreman issue:

Verified in Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-7-20150303.0, poodle fix changes are available therein.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
