Description of problem:
since updating to systemd216-10 the system fails to power off. error from logs says ( Unit dev-mpueue.mount has failed )

Same problem here with Fedora 21, systemd 216-10, on laptop (HP) hardware. The "halt", "poweroff", "shutdown -h now" commands make the system reboot instead of shutting down.
The only way to shut down the PC is to issue "sync && poweroff -f" or to press the power off button at the grub prompt !
