Description of problem:
When attempting to import a vm it's not possible to do so as a clone without snapshot collapse. In certain situation that might be problematic - see above.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Desktop VM based on a template
2. Create a vm snapshot
2. Export the VM only
3. Try to import the VM - as the vm already exists in the setup clone is a must, therefore collapse snapshot is a must but as the template wasn't exported collapse can't be done.
