Description of problem:
autopoint does not work without autoconf, however installing gettext-devel does not pull in the dependency, spec file needs to be updated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gettext-devel-0.18.3.2-2.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
From a directory containing a configure.ac execute 'autopoint -f'
Error message:

"autopoint: *** Missing version: please specify in configure.ac through a line 'AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION(x.yy.zz)' the gettext version the package is using"

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gettext-0.18.3.2-3.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.

gettext-0.18.3.2-3.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
