Description of problem:
ping service of temp_node1 shows status as "UNKNOWN" with status information as "check_ping:%s:Warning threshold must be integer or percentage!"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest RHS  ISO
2. Add the 3.0.3 repos and run the command "yum install nagios-server-addons"
3. Browse the url http://<nagios_ip>/nagios

Actual results:
ping service of temp_node1 status is shown as "UNKNOWN" with status information as "check_ping:%s:Warning threshold must be integer or percentage

Expected results:
Ping service of temp_node1 should be shown "OK" with proper status information.

verified and works fine with build nagios-server-addons-0.1.9-1.el6rhs.noarch.

PING service for temp_node1 shows status as "OK" with status information as "PING OK - packet loss = 0%,RTA=0.05ms.
