Description of problem:


Version-Release number Seamonkey 2.28 Build identifier: 20141026231011 from the EPEL Testing Repo.  Running this on Centos 6.6 x64


How reproducible: Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on View | Preferences | Privacy and Security | Certificates | Manage Certificates | Select "People" tab | Select a Certificate | View

The General tab of the view certificate page is blank and the Details Page is incomplete

Expected results:

Complete details of the certificate as shown in previous versions
