Description of problem:

I noticed that when I am trying to create new slave machine via 
<master>/computer/createItem, I can provide new credentials which Jenkins can later use to connect to the new slave machine. Clicking on "Add" button adds these credentials into Jenkins configuration file, but web UI doesn't show anything and I am thus not able to pick them from drop-down menu.
