Description of problem:
Cacti 0.8.8b and elier use treeview from treeview.net, withc may not be GPL compatible.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.8.8b

How reproducible:
N/A, included in upstream source.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install cacti.

0.8.8c (out shortly) moves from treeview to jquery (dual licensed MIT & GPL)  corrects the problem.

I believe this was solved in bug 888207. Please feel free to re-open if not.

By the way, Cacti is going away in Fedora ([1],[2]) so you'll likely want to migrate to something else.
