Description of problem:
The Fedora 21 kernel does not have the i40evf module enabled in its config, so VMs running this kernel will not be able to use virtual functions from the Intel XL710 devices.

How reproducible:
Consistently

Steps to Reproduce:
1. modinfo i40evf
2. grep CONFIG_I40EVF /boot/config*
3.

Actual results:
CONFIG_I40EVF is not set

Expected results:
CONFIG_I40EVF=m

I've enabled this in F20-rawhide.  It will be in the next build for each release.  Thanks for the report.

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kernel-3.17.3-300.fc21'
as soon as you are able to, then reboot.
