Description of problem:

1. install fedora/epel juno openstack clients
2. point the clients at a havana or RHOS-4.0 openstack
3. execute glance image-list

get: Unable to establish connection to http://localhost:35357/v2.0/tokens

4. downgrade the openstack clients to icehouse
5. execute glance image-list

result: success

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
