Really sure that it is fixed? I still get with htdig-3.2.0b5-6.1:

/var/tmp/htdig-root/usr/bin/HtFileType:magic_file=/var/tmp/htdig-root/etc/htdig/HtFileType-magic.mime
Found '/var/tmp/htdig-root' in installed files; aborting
