Description of problem:

jenkins-icon-shim resides in /usr/share/jenkins/plugins/jenkins-icon-shim and Jenkins creates symlink "jenkins-icon-shim.jpi" in its plugin directory. The problem is that the real name of the plugin is just "icon-shim" (without jenkins- prefix). Everything works fine until user decides to update the plugin via update center. Newer version will not override older RPM version because the names are different.
