#1 %description needs to end with a period.  Morever, if it's the same as Summary, you can simply write `%{summary}.'

#2 This package ships with a LICENSE file.  Fedora 21 and newer support a new macro, %{license}, to mark such files.  This is to ensure license files are installed even if the end user is not interested in docs.  Consider using it.
